Sorry for not sending you this letter on Monday after I read the news but it appears that you might be walking the talk.  When you promised CHANGE the Naive American was quite skeptic.  The process has just begun.  Hopefully lobbyist for American and Indian companies will be stopped on their tracks and allow curbing outsourcing to Indian and in general to any company outside the US.

I am not sure what twisted minds in the past came up with the idea that outsourcing was good for the USA.  I can easily see how large companies would lobby for it until they got what they wanted without any regards for Naive Americans.  Companies that outsource outside the US (OUS) are able to pay about one-third the salaries to get a professional job done overseas.  That this meant for the company is less expenses so they could profit additional moneys to pay their top executives (the American Royalty) huge bonuses.  On the other hand such companies would not need to hire well-prepared Naive Americans.  With time, less and less Naive Americans have been interested in pursuing engineering and scientific jobs.  The reason is that there is no way to compete with people that work for companies OUS because of their lower standard of living.  The same engineer in India can live quite comfortable with a fraction of the salary that you need to compensate the same person living in the US.  In practice, outsourcing will and has destroyed America.

President Obama, you MUST discourage outsourcing by eliminating any and all type of tax break incentive for any type of company that uses outsourcing OUS.  This MUST include outsourcing through a different company (i.e., Tata Consulting, Infotech, etc.  There are hundreds of companies just in India with hundreds to thousands employees each) and by American companies opening developing offices OUS.  This second trend has been occurring during the past couple decades.  Companies like GE, Ford, Microsoft (any and all types of disciplines) have research and development offices OUS.  By doing so they are making more profits (living a fantasy) and at the same time destroying America.

Enough said; the Naive American has been writing and evangelizing on this subject for years.  The task of stopping outsourcing is not going to be easy because it affects the American Royalty that believe they should get huge amounts of money in bonuses and stock dividends without any work.  They are the ones that directly or indirectly fund lobbyists.

By the way president Obama, you need to induce another CHANGE, which is to make illegal any type of lobbying activity in the US.
